Terms of Use

These are the terms on which New Lahore Pharmacy sells medicines and health essentials through this website. Plain language, because terms you can't read can't be agreed to. By ordering, you accept them.

Prescription medicines

Medicines marked as prescription-only are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered prescriber. We may ask to see the prescription (in person or as an upload), and we may refuse an order where the prescription doesn't cover it — for your safety, not our convenience.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and stock is shown as it stands on our shelves at the moment you look. Mistakes are rare but possible — if a price or stock position turns out to be wrong, we will tell you before we take payment, and you decide whether to continue.

Delivery

We deliver across Lahore from our Nishtar Colony branch, open daily 7:30 AM – 2:00 AM. Delivery times and any fee are shown when you check out. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Returns

Medicines are sensitive products: we cannot resell what has left the pharmacy, so returns are limited to what safety allows. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or past its date, contact us straight away at +92 309 4400935 and we will make it right. Opened or refrigerated items and controlled medicines cannot be returned.

Your account

Keep your sign-in private and the information on your account accurate — we deliver against what you give us. Orders you place through your account are treated as placed by you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows; the version on this page is the one that applies to each order as you place it.
