What we collect
Only what an order needs: your name, phone number, email (if you create an account), delivery address, your orders and what you bought. If you upload a prescription photo, we hold that photo and the prescription details our pharmacist records from it. That is medical information, and we treat it with the care it deserves.
Prescription uploads
Your prescription photos are stored privately and are visible only to our pharmacy staff, who use them to record and dispense your prescription correctly. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used for marketing.
Why we hold it
To take, prepare and deliver your orders; to keep your prescription history so refills work; to answer your questions; and to keep records the law asks a pharmacy to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to chase you with ads.
Who else sees it
The people who deliver your order see your name, address and phone number — that is all they need. Our staff see what their work requires. Nobody else, unless the law requires us to share it.
Cookies
Browsing the store needs no sign-in and we track no one across the web. A small number of cookies keep your cart and your sign-in working as you move between pages.
How long we keep it
Order and prescription records are kept as pharmacy records, for as long as the law requires. If you want something corrected or removed and the law allows it, ask us and we will do it.
